Very light caffeine. It is sometimes referred to colloquially as “popcorn tea” because a few grains of the rice pop during the roasting process and resemble popcorn. Wow – this is a beyond all green tea blends kind of experience. It combines that familiar taste of the brown rice with the aroma of coconut and sweet rooibos. The white tea helps prevent the jasmine from going bitter but if you over steep just add hot water to dilute. This blend is made in small batches.
· Hot (not boiling) water
· 1-2 spoonfuls of tea
· Steep 4 minutes
· Re-steeps 3-4 times.
· Contains 2 ounces of tea in a stand up sealed bag
